Thailand's
Utility Green Tariff

Thailand has introduced a new green energy procurement option called the Utility Green Tariff (UGT).

This national utility program enables eligible customers to purchase both energy and associated renewable energy certificates (RECs) from utility-scale renewable energy projects. The tariff is incorporated into the customer's electricity bills, providing a streamlined way to support and utilize renewable energy sources.
